Frequently Asked Questions

To register for Salute to the Graduates 2021 (SG21), you MUST be a graduating senior in the Ventura County area. These forms will be compiled by yourself or your parents and will be uploaded to the registration Google Form. To get to the registration form, navigate to the 'Registration' tab and hover and click on the 'Sign Up' button in order to be redirected to the Google Form submission page.

Salute to the Graduates 2021 registration is due May _, 2021 (05/__/21). After this deadline, all applications for the program will no longer be accepted. Contact teh SG Chair (salutes.chair@fcvci.org) for any further questions, comments, or concerns in regards to registrations.

If you are unable to attend or participate in SG21, please contact the SG Chair (salutes.chair@fcvci.org) to let them know of this decision. The chairman will then guide you and suggest alternatives.
